The Crisis in Lebanon
Since the outbreak of violence in September 2024, the impact of Israeli actions has compelled over 100,000 people to flee their homes in southern Lebanon. Families have sought refuge in Tyre and surrounding northern areas, where overcrowded shelters are struggling to accommodate the influx of displaced individuals.Israeli airstrikes are devastating both military and civilian areas, with the bombing of Beirut further worsening the humanitarian catastrophe. Vital infrastructure has been severely damaged, making it increasingly difficult to deliver much-needed aid as the conflict spirals out of control.
